Cinema Paradiso Case Study

Leading UK DVD rental giant, Cinema paradiso asked studiowerx in 2004 to redevelop their existing site, enhance their image and branding and drive the launch of the new site with a marketing campaign. Additional tasks included banner designs for affiliate marketing schemes and printing of hundreds of thousands of protective DVD envelopes.

Clear. Concise Layout:
Cinema Paradiso required the new site to be entirely user friendly with a clear and simple layout for their existing customers. For new customers, a simple explanation of how the site worked needed to be displayed with three concisely worded graphical images.

Custom Specification DVD Envelopes

In order to deliver and receive the DVDs in good order and maintain the life of the DVDs over a long period of time a self sealing DVD envelope had to be designed and constructed. The DVD is sealed inside the DVD envelope, the customer opens the envelope, watches the DVD and on returning folds the envelope back on itself and reseals for safe delivery.

The envelope is padded and the inside displays a promotional offer or advertisement.
